Thomas Sanders #2

Hey Everyone, sorry this is so late. I decided since the new Sanders Sides video is out I would talk about that. I also want to quickly say that I love the idea of Thomas having a separate channel for him and his friends. I think  this will give him a bit more freedom to be silly and have fun with his friends and he will be. Warning this may contain spoilers so please watch the video before continuing. CLICK HERE to watch

So as always in a Sander Sides video, Thomas has a problem that needs solving and in this video, his problem is that he doesn't know what his problem is,,, if that makes any. This video was very relate-able for me as I often feel upset or frustrated but never understand why. In order to find out why he's feeling this way, Patton suggests the sides become puppets seeing as when Thomas was young he used to learn new things from puppets all the time.

Patton
The puppets are adorable and very representative of their personalities. Personally, my favourite puppet was Virgil, but maybe I'm biased seeing as he's my favourite side.
Virgil
After a long discussion, they end, up singing a song, which is no surprise when it comes to Thomas, to try and talk about their feelings on the situation. In the end they come to the conclusion that not all feelings can be understood you just have to understand that you feel them.

I love the video and think it's a very unique way of getting a point across. The video is full of funny references and silly jokes. Thomas makes me really proud that despite the anxiety he manages to maintain a safe and friendly fan-base full of adorable people who just want to support each other. It is honestly the best fandom ever. If you watched the video be sure to tell me what you think of it. What was your favourite part? Until next time. Bye

Troye Sivan #2

Hey everyone. Just a very quick post this week as I want to talk about Troye Sivan's new song revelation. The song was written for a new movie coming out. The movie is called boy erased and it's a film about how many gay people in America or around the world are put in camps to basically be talked out of being gay. For Troye Sivan, who is gay, this is something he's against. Anyway, he wrote the song for the movie and the minute I heard the song I fell in love with it. It is the most beautiful song I've ever heard. That's basically all I wanted to say and I know that this is a very short post, but I love Troye Sivan. Bye

Doctor Who #2

Hey Everyone. So as promised I watched the Doctor Who episode. I only watched one as time was a bit tight this week, but as it's half term now I'm sure I'll have time this week. Just want to quickly mention this will have a few small spoilers so read on by your own terms.

I think the best place to start is with what I thought about Jodie Whitaker as the Doctor. I had said that I didn't really know what to expect from her and after watching the first trailer I wasn't very keen, but when I watched the episode I did actually like it. I think she does a good job of capturing the Doctors quirky side while also maintaining their serious morel side. (I am going to use They/Their pronouns as the Doctor is now both male and female). I think like all the Doctors with time she will get better and that they could be really good.

The next thing I wanted to talk about is the costume. I personally really like it and feel like it's something I would wear myself. I noticed that they are wearing braces and Matt Smith wore braces when he was the doctor so I think this Doctor will have a lot in common with Matt Smiths Doctor.
I think you costume suits the the new Doctor very well and very excited to see how it develops.
I'm not sure about her sonic screwdriver though. I like the idea that she built it but it looks a bit ugly in my opinion. Oh well it's only a small thing I'm sure I can get over it.
The episode in general was a good first episode, a little disappointing compared to some, but still enjoyable. I think there was something missing from the episode that normally gives it that Doctor Who feel and it just wasn't there.
I think it might be a little to do with the companions. I'm not saying they were bad I actually thought they were quite good, but it did feel at times like they didn't react enough. SPOILER!  I am also surprised they killed one of the companions so early on, but I don't think the companions will be staying for long before they get new ones.SPOILER OVER!
I still think Matt Smith is the best and that his River Song story-line was the best story-line they've ever done.

That's what I thought of the new Doctor, be sure to leave your opinions in the comments and make sure you watch to so you actually know what I'm talking about. I think next week will be a Thomas Sanders update as he may be uploading a new Sander Sides, but we'll have to wait and see.

That's my opinion on the new Doctor I hope you enjoyed, next week it should be a Thomas Sanders update as he is due to upload a Sander Sides any day now. Be sure to comment what you think if the new doctor , see ya'll next week. Bye

Daniel Howell #2

Hey Everyone. This weeks post will probably be very short as I don't have much planned and have had an interesting week. I am planning to watch the new episode of Doctor Who at some point this week and will be writing about it next post so make sure watch it to avoid  spoilers.
Just want to mention I'm also going to start messing around with fonts and colours so bare with me while I work out how I want it to look. ( I might also be changing the look of previous posts)
Anyway onto this weeks subject..

This week I am briefly going to be talking about Dan Howell and his journey with depression. A couple of days ago now on the 10th of October it was Mental Health Day. I, myself  have never had any problems with mental health, but it is something I really want to help make easier to manage and help those who do have mental health problems.
Anyway so about a year ago on Mental Health Day Dan come out with his depression. He made a video on his channel about his depression and in my opinion it's one of his best videos.
Many people have felt inspired by it and have said that his video helped them to talk about their mental health. If you want to watch it just click HERE
He also became an ambassador for a Mental Health charity called Young Minds and this year for Mental Health Day he released t-shirts and flags that say "Have The Courage To Exist"
and all the money spent on the t-shirts/flags goes to the Young Minds Charity to raise money.

Exist T-Shirt

This quote is from an old video of his that really spoke to people.

Exist Flag
If you would like to purchase a t-shirt/flag just CLICK HERE as I said all funds go to Young Minds.
As a fan of Dan I am really proud of him and his struggle with depression, I know there have been some really hard times for him, but I think it just goes to show that Mental illnesses are not permanent and you can get better all it takes is some courage and someone willing to help.

That's it from me this week folks be sure to leave a comment telling me your experiences with mental health (or if you love Dan and want to just rant about how amazing he is). Bye.

Twenty One Pilots #2

TRENCH

The full Twenty One Pilots album is officially out. It came out on Friday the 5th Of October 2018.
I listened to it quickly and briefly on and way to and from college, but when I got home I listened to it all in order with full appreciation. I am truly in love with this album.

They had already release the four song Jumpsuit, Nico And The Ninners, Levitate and My Blood. The rest of the album was then released and contains Morph, Chlorine, Smithereens, Neon Gravestones, The Hype, Cut My Lip, Bandito, Pet Cheetah, Legend and last but not least Leave The City
If you wish to listen to their album click HERE
They released the album along with a bunch of new merchandise, which all look incredible and some tour dates for the new album. It would be a dream come true to go see them, but that is that very practical as they are not even coming to Liverpool. I hope to all those who are going, they have the time of their life.

Some of my personal favourite songs on the album are Bandito, Chlorine, Smithereens, Cut My Lip and Leave The City. I also really like Pet Cheetah, I think it's very unique.

My Blood is said to be about Josh Dunn's (The writer/Singer of Twenty One Pilots) wife, but I think Smithereens might be about her to. He has written a song about her in each album he has done (in the album Blurry Face the song about her is Tear In My Heart), but this time they are married rather than just dating which is why I think he has done two about her for this album.

As you may know TØP (Twenty One Pilots) are Christians and often have at least one song with religious meaning behind them and I believe for this album the song The Hype has said meaning.
It talks about being guided and not believing 'the hype'. I think 'the hype' is meant to be the things the world puts in front of us that look fun, but are just distractions soon to bring us misery.

The last song on the album is Leave The City. Most of the songs on this album, like all TØP songs, are metaphorical and have meanings, meanings that are more oblivious to those who understand the kind of life Josh Lives. The song is talking about 'it' being over, some may say there talking about the album while others would argue there's a bigger meaning to 'it'. The song can be picked to pieces and torn apart to find what it means but the last few lines in the song, they don't need any of that, they are straight from the heart and clear as day.

Last Year I Needed Change Of Pace,
I Couldn't Take The Pace Of Change Moving Hastily
But this Year Though I Am Far From Home
In TRENCH I'm Not Alone
They Know (Oh)
They Know (Oh)

What I Mean

Marvel #2

Hey everyone. I'm doing another Marvel post this week as I still have quite a lot to say on the subject. Marvel will probably one of my post talked about subjects.
I also want to talk a bit about the new Captain Marvel trailer that came out a couple of weeks ago.
Now let's get into some theories.

Ok so I want to start with who has and hasn't faded, the Russo Brothers (Directors of Infinity War) have confirmed a couple of peoples fate, but they have also said they're are a few people who they can't talk about without giving away to many spoilers.
Image result for russo brothers
The Russo Brothers are being very careful about what they give away and so far have only confirmed 2 dead and that is Lady Sith (From Thor Dark World) and the almost forgotten Bettie from the Incredible Hulk movie. She has been a long forgotten character, but maybe this is an opportunity to bring her back.
The few who have been confirmed alive are Aunt May, Nakia (from Black Panther) and Hawkeye although there is a chance his family could have faded out.  I think an all alone Aunt May is going to be interesting and heartbreaking to see.
There are still many to be mentioned, people like Pepper Pot's, Happy Hogan. Ned, Shuri, Jane (From the first 2 Thor movies), Valkrey and Casey (Scott Lang's daughter). A lot of these are side characters, but are important side characters to our main characters. These people could all have very important roles in Avengers 4, especially as the Russo's are keeping them a secret.

The next thing I want to talk is about a rumour so NONE OF THIS IS FACT. Some people are claiming that Avengers 4 is 5 years after Infinity war. I'm not saying that it's true, but if it is I might cry. That's five years of the Avengers missing there other half's, so much could have happened in that time. Tony and Cap could be talking again, Pepper, if shes alive, could be pregnant. Personal five years feels like to long to me, but the Russo's always try and surprise you so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Another rumour that was going around a while ago was that Quick silver would be coming back in Infinity War and obviously he didn't, but originally Avengers 4 was called Infinity War Part 2 so maybe he will still come back, but like I said it's just rumour.

In the comics there are many alternate ways that Thanos dies, but the most popular one is where Nebula steels the gauntlet and brings every one back before killing Thanos. Sorry to anyone who's read the comic as that probably wasn't the whole truth, but I've never read the comic.
I think Nebula should definitely kill Thanos, but then again I also think someone like Drax or Gamora (If she returns) could.
On the subject of Gamora let's talk about the people who died but not by dust. As much as I love Loki and believe me I love him, I really believe he's dead this time. i don't really have a massive theory behind my reason, I just think that's the way it is. I am the opposite with Gamora though. I believe she is dead, but will come back. Thanos was slightly obsessed with her in my opinion and  think he, or someone else, will use the time stone to bring her back.

Just want to quickly mention the Captain Marvel trailer. I don't know what I think of the actor that plays her, but I am pretty sure I will love this movie. She is the first woman to be the lead in a Marvel movie and I really hope she does us justice.

Ok that's it this week, but I will be sure to be back with more Marvel soon as I still have a lot of theories. Bye.

Doctor Who #1

Hey Everyone. Before we start I just want to apologise for not uploading last week. Anyway this weeks topic of choice is Doctor Who and I am going to do a brief life update, but you can skip that if you want, I'll give you a little warning where it starts and finishes.

LIFE UPDATE!
So this will hopefully be very quick but I ramble so we'll see.
I started college about two and half weeks ago now and so far am really enjoying it. The Performing Arts coarse is really fun and very ones really friendly. I going to try and explain the way the split the groups, but it might not make any sense to you so here goes. So we took an English, Maths, Science and computer science assessments on the first two days we were there .They then split us up into four groups Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D. They are in order of skill so, for example someone who did amazing would be in group A but someone who didn't do so well would be in Group D. They do these test at the end of every month to see if you improve or need to be moved to a different group. They would normal keep you in different groups for different subjects(So if you are good at English you would be in group A for English, but might be in group C for Maths) but for the first month they just based it on an over all score of all the assessments. Anyway I got into Group A and I wouldn't say there my friends but then again I know them and have talked to them all. I do have friends called Brooke and Leah. I also know the guys in my Performing Arts group quite well. I also really like my teachers (well most of them) . So that's college the next thing is I've become completely obsessed with the Hamilton soundtrack and I mean OBSESSED. It's so amazing you should definitely listen to it, I'm not going to tell you about it so if you want to know you'll have to just listen to it. I will definitely write about it in the future. We also had a few water problems as a pipe in our kitchen burst, but they're mostly sorted now. My mum has been learning to drive and has her driving test next week, I looking forward to her being able to do they things she wants to without having to rely on my dad all the time.
LIFE UPDATE OVER!

Doctor Who
Very soon the new season of Doctor Who is coming out with it's first ever female doctor. I would just like to get my opinion about this out the way and please don't disregard my opinion as I would not yours. I think everyone is aloud to have their own opinion and it's not my job to tell you what you feel.
I think their are bonuses to having a female doctor, but I also think it messes up his whole timeline and that the writers and directors did it for the wrong reasons. I get that people want more female roles and that sexism is something people are fighting in this generation and  I think that's great, but the doctor is male, that's just something he's always been. I'm still willing to enjoy Jodie Whitaker as the doctor and who knows maybe she'll be really good.

Ok moving on, my favourite doctor is the 11th played by Matt Smith. I think he plays his version of the doctor in a lovely, bubbly way, while still being emotional and making the show exciting. I think he's my favourite because I relate to him the most. I also love Amy Pond and Rory Williams and while they were amazing there were points Amy annoyed me so Clara has remained my favourite companion.

I do also love the 10th doctor played by David Tennant. His character carries a lot more baggage, but he is played amazingly and all his companions have great chemistry with him.  My favourite companion of his was probably Donna Noble, they were just so good together and her ending will be forever be the saddest.

I think while the 10th doctors story-lines were good they were less confusing than the River Song story, which is my favourite. It was so well though out and romantic.

I think that's it, sorry it's not much, I'm sure they'll be more when the new season starts so I'll definitely be back with some more Doctor Who soon. Thanks for reading, be sure to comment your favourite doctor. Bye
